Born from lived experiences and fueled by passion, we are a youth-led, grassroots initiative breaking down barriers to healthcare, dignity, and justice for LGBTQ+ individuals in Kenya. In communities where being LGBTQ+ can mean isolation, discrimination, or worse, 5-Alive creates safe spaces, sparks bold conversations, and delivers life-changing services — from stigma-free HIV care and mental health support to leadership training and economic empowerment.
